What to bring to our Boot Camps:
"It's NEVER too late to start building your New Image"

Please Bring:


  • Wear GOOD running shoes - the better your shoes the least likely you will experience problems that can occur from running.
  • Bring a Mat (yoga mat works)
  • Hand held weights (around a comfortable 5 to 7 pounds) - Optional
  • Large bottle of Water
  • Gloves, exercise ball, resistance tubing - Optional
  • Large Towel
